When servicing a computer-controlled vehicle, replacing the battery without a backup power source will reset the memory and learning functions of in-vehicle electronic devices such as car navigation systems. MSX is an essential power source to maintain the memory of onboard electronic devices during battery replacement.

Backup failures are on the rise!

Depending on the car make and model, there are cases where the OBD2 connection is not energized with the vehicle side. In order to avoid problems with memory loss due to battery replacement without knowing it, MSX has added an OBD2 energization test function. (Patent pending) This function ensures reliable power supply.

Insufficient charge alarm

When the built-in battery charge capacity drops during use, the LCD graphically displays the low battery charge capacity and an alarm buzzer simultaneously alerts the user to the low battery charge capacity.
